ABSolute Personal Training is located in the iconic building that is Fort Widley, overlooking the city of Portsmouth.

It is a bespoke and fully equipped gym dedicated to Personal Training and pay-as-you-go classes. You will be able to enjoy your sessions by training effectively away from the crowds of a standard gym. Equipment includes: TRX, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Squat Rack, Olympic Bar and Weights, Hydraulic Resistance Machines, Exercise Bike and much more.

There are no additional fees or gym memberships and no mirrors.

Classes include: Bootcamp, Barre, HIIT, Strength, Core, Boxercise and Mum+Baby. Class sizes are small which means you are guaranteed to receive a personal service.
